Court fees, paid to the court.

The Colorado Judicial Branch sets these and collects them when you file. They are the same whether you use GoFile, an attorney, or file on your own. Amounts current as of September 2026; the court’s fee schedule controls if it changes.

Pricing questions.

See how it works
How much does it cost to file a modification in Colorado?

The court filing fee is $105, plus a $12 e-filing fee if you file through Colorado Courts E-Filing, plus $12 per transaction for electronic service. That’s separate from what you pay GoFile for the documents.

Is GoFile a law firm?

No. GoFile is not a law firm, and using GoFile does not create an attorney-client relationship. We provide self-help document preparation under your direction — we don’t provide legal advice, predict outcomes, or tell you whether to file.
